The new system of landscape restructuring changes the current division of the grid structure, which in no way respects the individuality of the territory. The parametric network, on the other hand, is a tailor-made script that respects topography, infrastructure and land use. Maximum accessibility defines the basic orientation of the land by simulating electromagnetic fields. This creates an ideal geometric layout of arable land with focal points in the city center. Terrain fragmentation and uninterruptible boundaries in the form of traffic arteries or biocorridors affecting the basic networking, including the creation of regular departure zones. Extreme slopes, floodplains, forests, orchards and ravines set aside uncultivable land. the resulting plots are divided into main production units of about 16 ha, strips of meadows, pastures and the smallest anti-erosion units.
